I am an advocate for women who want to be empowered…

women who want to connect with their physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies and who desire a relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.

Freedom is my highest core value, and it is the lens through which I navigate life. I am a seeker, an explorer, a forever student of the natural world. For decades, I searched outside of myself for healing, praying to be rescued, yet I remained in a perpetual state of suffering. Divine guidance led me to yoga, which cast a light so bright that I could no longer hide from the healing power that lay within. I recognized the voice of the guru as my own. I have learned on this journey that by closing my eyes and gazing inward, I can move away from judgment, and with faith, step through fear into Spirit’s loving embrace.

I am your humble guide here to create a safe and sacred space where you feel seen and are reminded that you possess all the tools needed to clear your own path and set your authentic self free. Through self-study, movement, breath, and meditation, and the exploration of Mother Earth, we find our way back to whole and holy. By healing ourselves, we invite others to do the same because, as Ram Dass said…

We are all just walking each other home.

Where to find me…
